"CrypToken MX2048 JCOP"

The CrypToken MX2048 JCOP allows to add Two-Factor Authentication into a wide area of security solutions supporting the MS-CAPI, PKCS#11 or minidriver standard encryption interfaces. Furthermore, existing JavaCard applications can be loaded and run directly on the CrypToken.

"Hardware"

An EAL4+ certified smart card chip from NXP (JCOP41) is "the heart" of this token. JCOP is the open IBM smart card operating system based on the JavaCard specifications by Sun Microsystems, GlobalPlatform, ISO and EMV. The JavaCard support allows to load and run JavaCard applets directly on the token under Windows, Linux or Mac OS. On-board RSA key generation up to 2048 Bit is provided.
