New CrypToken web presentation: usability is the main goal

The re-designed homepage of the CrypToken (www.cryptoken.com), an USB-Token for secure authentication reflect the same benefits as in its daily use as part of security solutions: easy handling with an effective result.

MARX CryptoTech pays with its new website attention to the point, that parties who are interested in secure authentication and identification will get answers to their questions quickly. Solutions for secure eBusiness, SSL Client Verification, Email Encryption and Signature plus answers to individual tasks will be given with the powerful CrypToken hardware.
This structure with the core points “products” and “solutions” is the major thread throughout the websites. “The homepage is designed to show every visitor his proposed result in a fast and straightforward way. The aim is to show an efficient and flexible way of protecting confidential data and secure user identification”, says Philipp Marx.
The answer from MARX to all these questions ends in just one solution: CrypToken with MULTOS or JCOP operating system as a robust and flexible alternative to SmartCards. The authentication token impresses with an easy way of implementation via the standard interfaces PKCS#11, MS Crypto API and Mini-Driver and supports Windows (7, Vista, XP, 2000), Mac OS X and Linux. As the CrypToken assists CCID no separate drivers are needed for the modern operating systems.
MARX offers two CrypToken models which are both certified with EMV and ISO. The version with the open SmartCard operating system JCOP contains a SmartCard chip with an EAL4+ certificate and offers full compatibility to the JavaCard specifications from Sun Microsystems and Global Platform. Existing JavaCard applets can be loaded into the CrypToken directly. The second type is equipped with the MULTOS operating system, the only SmartCard operating system which is EAL5+ certified.
The CrypToken integrates these solutions into a short and robust metal case which perfectly protects the chip inside against dust and water. Furthermore the CrypToken offers RSA key generation on-board (from 1024 to 2048 bit key length) and a secure internal memory of 64 kByte.
